Pipoly.app connects people with surveys, microtasks and other online work. The practical details below are based on Pipoly’s current published pages, but availability, fees and payment methods can change. Always confirm the latest policy and the details shown in your account before accepting a task or requesting a withdrawal.

Payments and withdrawals

What is Pipoly’s payment currency?

Pipoly uses Value (ⓥ) inside the platform. The Terms of Service currently state that 1 ⓥ equals $0.01 USD, but Value is not cash outside Pipoly and can only be converted through an approved withdrawal method.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

Pipoly’s current payout guide lists a $2.50 minimum withdrawal. Treat that figure as current guidance, not a permanent promise: the Terms say Pipoly may change withdrawal methods and fee structures, and the final fee is shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

Which withdrawal methods are available?

The payout guide lists PayPal and crypto options, including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and TRX. PayPal depends on local availability. Bank transfers and mobile money are described as future plans. Check your withdrawal screen for methods offered to your account.

How fast will a withdrawal arrive?

Pipoly’s guide says most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, but that is not a guarantee. Incorrect details, identity checks, provider issues or duplicate-account reviews can affect a request. Only your Payable Balance is withdrawable; pending earnings must be approved or auto-approved.

Tasks, proof and reviews

What happens after I accept a task?

The How Pipoly Works walkthrough says tasks show their reward, time limit and slots. Accepting one locks a slot temporarily. Submit each required proof—such as screenshots, URLs or written answers—before the timer expires. Incomplete or incorrect proof may be rejected.

Who reviews my submission?

The employer reviews proof during the task’s designated window. If there is no response, Pipoly says the submission can be auto-approved and paid. A network fee may be deducted; the current rate is disclosed before acceptance. If a rejection seems unfair, the Terms describe a platform dispute process.

Are tasks or earnings guaranteed?

No. Task supply and eligibility depend on factors such as location, qualifications and employer demand. Pipoly does not promise a particular income, approval outcome or number of available tasks.

Account and security

What account rules matter most?

The Terms require users to be at least 18, or the higher local age of majority, and to provide accurate registration details. Pipoly permits one account per person. Country, state or phone details may not be editable later, so check them before submitting.

Do not share credentials, use another person’s account, create duplicates, mask your location with a VPN or proxy, or use bots and scripts. The Acceptable Use Policy says violations can lead to suspension or termination and forfeiture of Value. Use a strong password and report unauthorized access.

Referrals

How does the referral program work?

The current walkthrough says an inviter can earn 10 ⓥ when a referred user reaches 50 ⓥ in earnings. The Terms also describe a separate weekly referral race with verified-referral rules and Points prizes. Amounts and eligibility can change, so check the referral screen before sharing a link. Self-referrals, fake accounts and abuse are prohibited.

Still need help?

For a withdrawal or refund issue, Pipoly’s Refund Policy verifies two support routes: the in-app system and support@pipoly.app. Include your account email or display ID, task or transaction references, and relevant screenshots. Use the current policy or product screen if the route changes.

Is Polls.im the same platform as Pipoly.app?

No. Polls.im is the rebranded name for Pipoly Says and has its own identity. Some Polls.im features are accessible through Pipoly.app; this does not make the two platforms the same.

Do leaderboard positions prove what a user earned?

A ranking or leaderboard is not, by itself, independent proof of earnings or typical results. Do not use a displayed position as a promise about what another person can earn.
